Cathy’s Critter Cleaners’ minimum drive-up fee is $125, reflecting the superior level of care.
Our prices include a full grooming package, specially designed to ensure the health and well-being of your pet. Our groomers will not ‘up-sell’: all treatments which are integral to maintaining your pet’s health and wellbeing are included as part of their regular grooming package.

Once you’ve tried Cathy’s, we’re sure you won’t settle for less! We recommend that you set up a regular grooming schedule to ensure you keep your pet in optimum health and to avoid disappointment, as we often book up in advance.
We always try to accommodate last minute bookings, including after-hours and emergency services.

De-matting your pet
It’s important to prevent matted hair, as matts often masks skin lesions, irritated skin or other rashes. We recommend regular grooming to avoid matting, or styling the hair short and manageable.
Cathy’s Critter Cleaners groomers do not de-matt pets because it is cruel, unkind and can be very painful. It also ruins the hair and causes more matting in the future. Instead, we cut out or shave the matted hair, then style your pet so they look and feel great.
Flea treatment
We sell Frontline Plus (a monthly topical flea treatment); if you have your own we will apply it at no extra charge.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your appointment without charge up to one full business day in advance. Cancellations made less than one business day in advance will be charged. We require a credit card on file to confirm an appointment.
